The impact of my work started before I founded Thought Partner Eco. Scroll to the end for the beginning!

2026 — Present

THE WORK CONTINUES

Thought Partner Eco was recognised as a Company of Good (2 Hearts), and I was awarded Sustainability Changemaker of The Year (Silver).

My project, ⏰ Climate Action Hour, was a recipient of the SG Eco Fund.

It's also the year I supported the rewilding of some land in Wales with Wild Mosaic. (Check out that yellow pixel)

Work with me to sustain and amplify our impact :)

2025

EDUCATION FOR GOOD

I started volunteering with Climate Fresk as a facilitator, and picked up more climate-related workshops like the 2030 SDGs Game, inspired by the UN Sustainable Development Goals. More information on the workshops here.

The Palestinian Scholarship Initiative brought three scholars to Singapore.

2024

CHANGING LIVES & INDUSTRIES

I'm a founding member and the Communications Lead for the Palestinian Scholarship Initiative — a self-organised, ground-up initiative to provide Palestinians with life-changing opportunities to pursue full tertiary education in Singapore.

It was the same year I started organising with Clean Creatives — a global movement of ad and PR professionals disengaging with fossil fuel work.

2023

FULL-TIME CLIMATE WORKER

Life in two cities: London & Singapore

I organised Singapore's first plus-sized fashion swap.

While in London, I completed a Business Sustainability Management course from Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) with distinction. and founded Thought Partner Eco!

2022

WRITER + project initiator

I created a resource-matching tool to connect people with empty festive snack containers to anyone who would reuse them, as an effort to divert waste from our landfill.

Channel News Asia (CNA) 938 invited me on live radio to share about responsible spring cleaning, and being a conscious consumer.

I co-wrote an article on Mothership on Earth about the impacts of ultra-fast fashion brands like SHEIN.

2021

SPEAKER + PANELIST

Fashion Revolution Singapore invited me to speak about the role of individuals, businesses and the government in changing the fashion industry for the better.

I was also a guest speaker for Sustainable Singapore Gallery's web event on food waste.

2020

EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED

COVID-19 showed me the importance of a resilient society, and how everything is connected — from environmental, social, health, to politics and beyond.

My work shifted from speaking to the individual, to mobilising the public, connecting people and resources.

"Environmentalism without class struggle is just gardening."

— Chico Mendes

2019

GREENFLUENCING

I explored topics like consumerism, what happens to the stuff we throw away, my journey of eating less meat and how I wore the same dress to every wedding. P/s: No one cares.

I also started doing beach and urban clean-ups, learning about marine and coastal waste and the rich biodiversity on our shores.

My sharing inspired others to adopt greener habits and to learn more about our world.

2018

ORIGIN STORY

On National Day that year, I posted a badly drawn comic about recycling ♻️ with a caption that said something like: "If you love your country, you should try to live sustainably."

It went viral, and that was how I realised my visual storytelling skills were valuable in creating awareness, prompting reflections and nudging behaviours.

This was how it all began.
